Notes:
Rich lemon-yellow in colour with greenish hues, the nose interestingly combines juicy and nutty aromas, revealing red apple, pear, starfruit, brioche and pistachio. On the palate, flavours of lemon, lime peel, green olive, less and sourdough bread constitute a citrus-autolytic range that is both tasty and grippy. A medium-bodied sparklingly white with rather generous offering, and although the bubbles could be finer, the medium-long finish is nonetheless satisfying, leaving an aftertaste of fleshy citrus.
