Details
Notes:
The Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah in this imaginative blend were fermented and matured in French oak barrels and stainless steel vats respectively. Deep garnet in colour with purple rim, the nose is packed with juicy black cherry, fleshy plum, as well as prune, adorned by intriguing top notes of rose and geranium. Curiously lighter than the nose, the palate is of fresh red cherry, cranberry, and redcurrant, offering great depth and length with supple tannin and oaky vanilla. An equivalent of Left Bank Bordeaux marrying Northern Rhône, the marriage is not mischievous, but marvellous.
